Please be informed that our Gathering will coincide with one of the biggest Cherry Blossom (Ohanami) Season in Kyoto and spring break for Japanese School, hence it will be a considerable challenge booking hotels as we approach March 27-30, 2019. The venue (Miyako Messe) is located near the Higashiyama Station (Tozai Line), 8 minutes by walk from the venue. We have picked hotels and hostels that are close to stations that can easily reach Higashiyama station (within 15 minutes, including Kyoto Station). Please book the hotel or hostels that suits your budget. Although we have tried our best to pick out the hotel, there are many more hotels and hostels that may better suits you in Kyoto. Please book the hotel as soon as possible because the hotel may not be available as the time comes closer.<\/p>\n
